Referral program terms and conditions

The Tripsider.com Referral Program (the "Program") offers the platform for Customers (the "Travelers") to earn incentive bonus payments (the "Bonuses") for booking future exclusive tours by involving friends to become new Tripsider.com. users. The Program offers Tour Organizers (the “Travel Experts”) to save on Tripsider.com fees and increase the number of tours received by inviting users to pay on the site. 

To participate, the Travelers and the Travel Experts (“Participants”) shall accept these terms and conditions, which shall become a part of the Tripsider.com Terms and Conditions of Services Rendering. 

HOW TO EARN REFERRAL BONUSES

The Participants can earn Bonuses if: (i) an invited friend clicks on your referral link to create a valid Tripsider.com account that complies with our Terms and Conditions of Services Rendering; and (ii) the said friend completes a qualifying booking (as defined below). The inviting participant cannot receive booking bonuses that have qualified through his referral link. 

Bonuses shall be credited to the inviting participant from each invited participant upon completing the qualified booking of the invited friend. A qualifying booking shall mean the booking, payment and participation of an invited friend in an exclusive tour hosted on Tripsider.com, subject to the Tripsider.com Terms and Conditions of Services Rendering. Once the invited friend completes an exclusive tour by booking and completing the tour, the inviting member shall receive a bonus, if any. The inviting participant shall receive a bonus only for the first qualifying booking of the said friend.

HOW TO EARN AND SAVE ON THE PLATFORM COMMISSIONS

Travel Experts are entitled not to pay Tripsider.com commission if: (i) an invited customer clicks on your referral link to create a valid Tripsider.com account that complies with our Terms and Conditions of Services Rendering; and (ii) the said customer completes a qualifying booking of your tour (as defined below). A Travel Expert shall not be exempt from the Tripsider.com commission if the customer is a user of the Tripsider.com platform. 

A Travel Expert shall be exempt from the qualifying booking commission of each invited customer. A qualifying booking shall mean the booking, payment and participation of an invited friend in an exclusive tour hosted on Tripsider.com, subject to the Tripsider.com Terms and Conditions of Services Rendering. The Travel Expert shall receive a bonus only for the first qualifying booking of the said friend.

The maximum amount of savings shall be equal to the amount of the Tripsider.com commission minus a bank charge subject to your personal account payment method. 

QUALIFYING CLAUSES

The share of a qualifying booking that can be paid back using bonuses shall not exceed 10% of the value (excluding additional fees or taxes). Please note that the total cost of a tour shall be subject to currency exchange fluctuations. The qualifying booking shall be booked and paid via the Tripsider.com platform, and a recommended participant shall complete an exclusive tour before the inviting Participant can receive bonuses. A booking shall not be deemed the Qualifying booking, and therefore no bonuses shall be awarded if an inviting participant is the host party or if the booking is canceled any time.

HOW TO REDEEEM BONUSES

Bonuses can only be redeemed via the Tripsider.com platform. Once bonuses are accrued, they shall be displayed in your personal account and automatically used when paying for a booking. Bonuses shall be used within one year from the date when they were accrued, and they shall expire thereafter. Bonuses are vouchers issued for promotional purposes; they shall have no cash value and shall not be transferred or redeemed as cash. Bonuses cannot be applied if booking an individual tour or a tour nor exceeding 800 USD.

Bonuses cannot be earned by creating multiple Tripsider.com accounts Bonuses credited to different Tripsider.com accounts cannot be combined into one Tripsider.com account.

If for whatever reason you believe there is a discrepancy in your accrued bonus balance, please contact us. Tripsider.com is entitled to request you to provide additional information for clarifying your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at the sole discretion of Tripsider.com.

You shall be liable for any tax consequences, if any, that may arise from using the Bonus Where applicable, Tripsider.com may charge VAT on any services where bonuses are used.

REFERRAL LINKS EXCHANGE

Referral links shall only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links shall not be published or distributed on commercial sites (such as voucher websites). Participants are prohibited from spamming anyone with referral invitation programs. This includes bulk emailing, texting or messaging with people you don't know, or using automated systems or bots via any channel for spreading your referral link. Participants are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.

INVITED FRIENDS

Invited friends who signed up using a valid referral link will also receive a bonus voucher or bonus vouchers in the amount(s) shown in the referral invitation or in accompanying promotional materials, which may be used on their next Tripsider .com. qualifying booking. Bonuses may not be transferred to another person, exchanged as cash, or combined with other Tripsider.com referral programs or rewards. A bonus may only be used on https://tripsider.com in combination with booking of one tour that falls under the criteria of an exclusive tour and meet requirements of a minimum total cost (excluding fees or taxes). 

The bonus shall expire one year after registering a Tripsider.com account. The offer is available if there are vacant places in an exclusive tour. Tripsider.com reserves the right to make any correction, including cancellation of your account or booking, if fraud, forgery, violation of these terms and conditions, or the Tripsider.com Terms and Conditions of Service Rendering, or the Payment Services Rendering Terms and Conditions, or technical errors are suspected. Void if prohibited by law. In the event of a refund, the maximum refund you can receive is the amount you actually paid. Bonuses shall not be rewarded.

MULTIPLE REFERRALS

An invited friend can only use one referral link. If a referral friend receives referral links from multiple Participants, only the Participant associated with the referral link actually used by the referral friend, shall receive the Bonus.

The program cannot be combined with any other Tripsider.com referral programs or incentives. If a referral friend receives referral links from more than one Tripsider.com referral program, payment through the travel expert referral program shall be preferred.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision (or a part thereof) shall be superseded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. 

TERMINATION AND AMENDMENTS

Tripsider.com is entitled to suspend or terminate the Program or the user's participation herein at any time and for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove bonuses if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement or the Payment Services Rendering Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activity and suspend accounts or change referrals at our sole discretion, as it is deemed fair and appropriate.

The scope, variety and type of services and products that you can receive by redeeming Bonuses may change at any time.

UPDATING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If we amend these terms and conditions, we shall post the amendments on the website to be effective from the date of the posting. Continued participation in the Program after any amendment shall mean acceptance of such amendments.
