We, Sarp and Alina, are big fans of outdoor activities and are burning with the idea of popularizing them. After being quarantined in Istanbul, we went to Fethiye and fell in love with this region of Turkey! As hiking enthusiasts, we explored one of the most famous hiking trails in the world, the Lycian Trail. About the tour: We were on a trip from September 25th to September 29th. We got together spontaneously and had some doubts about the format. But I wanted to go through this section in silence and at my own pace. So we phoned Alina, she told us the details, and we decided to go.
Before the trip, we arranged another call with more detailed instructions. At the first hotel, the organizers left us trekking sticks. We had experience using it before, I liked it! Special thanks for them)
We were always in touch with us when necessary. It's hard to get off the trail. There are tags+a map in the app everywhere.
We were also very lucky with the weather. It was dry; the rain only caught us on the last day, when we had already finished our journey.
I really liked the glamping host Oktay and his dog Sugar. We came to see him at dusk; he was waiting for us and worried. We sat down and chatted over tea, Oktay knows Russian very well.
In general, you always meet someone on the trail. I can exchange a few words.
You can sometimes buy fresh pomegranate juice with ice as you go!
As we were going at our own pace, we sometimes didn't meet the schedule until dark, and the organizers would send us a shuttle so we could rest the evening and have time to recover. When the route ended, I felt sad and wanted to go on and on! Read more

About the tour: I liked the format of the independent trip, as there was time to take as many photos as I wanted, plus go at my own pace with pleasant company. We also liked the accommodation very much (the hotel with the most amazing views of the sea and mountains, cozy glamping).
