About the tour: I am traveling with Raila to Dagestan for the second time and each time the trip changes me in different ways)) over the past six months 🤩 Everything is organized at the highest level: from hotels to people accompanying me to the mountains! Raila pays individual attention to each participant and you can just turn off your brain and relax to the fullest!! I will continue to contact Rail!!! Read more
About the tour: Raila made a wonderful trip to Dagestan 🥰
A small and fun group, a busy program and, importantly, local guides — that's what made this trip unforgettable!
Special thanks to Raila for selecting local guides - no one can tell and show Dagestan better than them. Only highlanders can be better than mountains ❤️ Read more
About the tour: We visited Dagestan for the May holidays. Great nature, food and people. The organization of the tour was heartwarming. A cozy group in small numbers. On the first day we had a surprise - a welcome snack, which came down to a full dinner and more. The hotels are new and clean. We were greeted at each location by a local guide - we got to know a huge number of people and locals. The attentive attention to each guest made for a relaxed leisurely holiday in the area. About the tour: It was the first experience of traveling with a ready-made tour. Usually we planned our own tour. There are pros and cons. First of all, we saw all the major locations we needed to see. With no time to research the country and places to see, this was invaluable. Second, we didn't have to decide every day where to go, how and what to drive, where to live, where to eat - it was all thought out and organized. Special thanks to Raila for good accommodations and very tasty homemade food.
But there are minuses: the first guide was not a guide at all. Maybe we ourselves and on the spot would not have found better or not at all, but if the tour is organized in advance, such things should be checked. The rest of the tour guides were top notch.
Another minus was that there was no clear timing for visiting some places. Because of that we did not always have time to see everything that was planned. It is convenient, that the program is flexible, but it would be desirable more accurate organization.
And the last minus was that the group wanted to stay in Derbent for the last night and go to the airport from there, as the departure time was at 16:00. The flight left at 4 p.m. But in the end we drove to Makhachkala, spent the night and slept in our rooms until 2 p.m. Waiting for a transfer to the airport.
But in the end the tour was a success, the country is beautiful and now we can safely plan an independent visit to Dagestan.
