Armenia: first acquaintance

My husband and I were vacationing in Armenia from May 9 to May 13. Snowy Ararat, the pink walls of Yerevan, the smell of barbecue and lavash, incredible places, ancient temples and monasteries made of dark tuff, mountains, rocks and gorges, Lake Sevan... Armenia, you're amazing! ❤ Armenia is love forever!!!

Thanks to this tour for such emotions. We loved absolutely everything!

We were met at the airport by the driver Vladimir, the next day we met Sergey in person and met the guide Sarah. The team is great! Sarah is an expert in history, thanks to her we have learned a lot about the history and traditions of Armenia; she is a wonderful, friendly, smiling woman! We previously agreed on the program with Sergey; it was slightly modified by Sergey in accordance with our request (to make the days as busy as possible, visit as many locations as possible). As a result, we got an exciting and intensive tour, and in 3 days we managed to visit the most popular tourist places. It was very impressive and not at all exhausting.
We traveled in a comfortable car and listened to the guide's stories with enthusiasm! Super!!!

I would like to note individuality: there was an individual approach to everything - the program was designed according to our wishes, the guide always gave time to take photos and videos, took his time, there was no rush and no race, everything for comfort.

❤️ informative: guide Marina has deep knowledge and presents the material in a very clear, interesting and Armenian way! We learned a lot about the life of Armenians, immersed ourselves in the history of the country and every place we visited.

❤️ beautiful: our driver Khachatur not only took us from one point to another quickly and safely, but also, knowing us girls, stopped at gorgeous photo locations 😀

❤️ delicious: we tried Armenian dishes, tasted brandy at the Ararat factory, wine at a private winery is a delight! And in Goris, we found ourselves at a real Armenian feast. The hospitable hotel owner made a barbecue and set the table for us himself 👍

❤️ musical: the music that Khachatur played for us on the road became the soundtrack of our journey and hit the very heart, and the dances from the beautiful Marina left us no chance not to wave our arms and follow her! And we were in for a shock in Geghard: while demonstrating the church's acoustics, Marina sang in Armenian and gave us one of the most vivid experiences in her life and huge goosebumps at that moment ❤️

Our entire trip was well planned, with clear timing and beautiful surroundings. But there was also a place for our wishes and whims to come true: in Yerevan we wanted to listen to jazz, and we were immediately booked the best table at the jazz club! We fell in love with this country and the people who made our trip that way. Many thanks to guide Marina for her care and attention to us, she was like a mom to us all day long. You can admire her (and in her person, all Armenian women) endlessly!

We will definitely come back, because people never part with their loved ones, and Armenia is now our love ❤️

We had the feeling that we were visiting old friends. All our individual requests and wishes were resolved immediately and at the highest level. They even wished us a happy birthday! Now let's talk about the trip itself, which was perfectly supervised by Sergey. To begin with, I joined the tour just a day before departure — Sergey didn't leave me and found a suitable hotel accommodation, for which I thank him. From the point of view of organizing the entire tour, everything went very clearly and smoothly, no complaints.
I would also like to thank the whole team for their sincerity, in particular driver Artak and guide Vasily — professionals in their field and wonderful people with whom we spent all our days together. Artak not only masterfully drove us along the winding mountain roads, but he was always attentive and ready to help, while Vasily was a real treasure trove of knowledge; he talked with such enthusiasm that we wanted to listen to more every day. Thanks to him, the history and culture of Armenia unfolded in front of me in all its beauty and richness.
The route was busy but not tiring. Everything was well thought out: we saw and visited the incredibly beautiful places, got acquainted with local cuisine, tasted local wine and just enjoyed the atmosphere of a warm and hospitable country. Everything went easily, comfortably and with the full feeling that you were in good hands and in great company, even if you came alone.
I was also incredibly lucky to have the band members — Polina, Svetlana, Dmitry — all easy-going, cheerful and sociable wonderful people, my respect! From day one, we all quickly found common ground with each other, laughed a lot, had interesting discussions and just had a great time together. Thanks to them, the tour has become twice as vivid and soulful! It's just a shame we didn't take a joint photo.
This trip gave me a lot of impressions, wonderful acquaintances and very warm memories. Thank you all for your care, sincerity and professionalism!
