Казани, которая организует авторские туры. Написала.
Первое, что хотелось бы отметить и что я больше всего ценю в работе с людьми, - это то, что она чётко исполняет то, что обещает, ей не нужно напоминать, не нужно ждать, сказала напишет вечером - значит напишет. Я как-то интуитивно поняла, что Лилия - тот человек, который нам нужен.
И не ошиблась. Она оказалась очень интересным человеком, ненавязчива, тактична, воспитана, образована, приветлива. Все было очень четко организовано. Нам понравилось всё! Выбор отеля.
Перемещение на комфортабельных автомобилях, минимум ожидания.
Интересные экскурсии со знающими своё дело гидами!
Кафе и рестораны с прекрасной кухней! И, что немаловажно, приемлемая цена за ее работу, которая соизмерима с ценами на туры большими группами. А ведь для нас была подготовлена отдельная программа, в которую можно было внести коррективы по нашим желаниям, организован трансфер, сопровождали в течение всего дня. Даже, когда мы "отпустили" Лилию с ночной экскурсии, чтобы она могла отдохнуть и хоть немного отметить 8 Марта с семьёй, она все равно была с нами.
Это очень приятный и внимательный человек! Я рассказала ей, что моя 96-летняя бабушка-татарка очень рада нашей поездке и передаёт привет своей Родине, и Лилия на следующий день принесла подарок для бабушки - целый пакет гостинцев!!! Я была тронута!

About the tour: The trip was great! This was my first acquaintance with Kazan. It so happened that we had an individual tour, so all the attention was paid only to us. We liked everything: the city itself with its architecture, national food, city tours, and the trip to Sviyazhsk, despite the fact that the weather was cool and it was raining (it was mid-April) - it was so beautiful there!!! It was warm and sincere, and kind of homely. Lilya knows so many details about her city that by the end it seemed to me that I knew more about Kazan than about Moscow.
