Меня зовут Владислав, я путешественник, турлидер и основатель тревел-агенства, которое занимается организацией групповых и авторских туров по:
- Кавказу
- Байкалу
- Кольскому полуострову

About the tour: It was the best trip and I had a lot of emotions. It all started with a jump into the gorge and said goodbye at the airport with tears in their eyes. We had a very cool company, had our own people, and Vlad was our guiding star, whom we followed unconditionally.
We drove 700 km in 4 days, saw a lot of cool places, and photos and videos help us go back to those days and remember cool moments.

About the tour: We were on a tour to Murmansk, and although this is not the first time we have been on such tours, this is the first time I would like to leave a bad review.
Vladislav himself is a nice young man, but unfortunately he is not a professional in his field. There are a lot of comments about his work:
- First of all, I didn't feel his involvement, maybe I'm tired already, since we were his 3rd group in February, but the question is why recruit several groups in a row? incomprehensible;
- there was little interesting information, he hardly told anything on his own. The people on tour tried to ask him something themselves, although the guides are usually very talkative; long trips by car could involve him in a dialogue, but there was complete silence. I don't rule out that it all depends on character, but, unfortunately, this is also a disadvantage for me.
- the group members constantly reminded him of the little things, although the guide should tell him without a reminder what awaits us the next day, what time was the meeting time, where we would have breakfast, what to take with us, etc.
- there was some disorganization in terms of breakfast/lunch. At the beginning of the tour, Vladislav asked us whether we would eat on our own or all together, and the band decided that it was more convenient for everyone to eat together. But on the very first day, there was a mess. We arrived at a nearby hotel for breakfast, but there was no agreement. At first, the hotel staff said that they did not feed groups that do not live with them, but after waiting, Vladislav finally made an agreement and were fed us, but on the second day the same thing happened at the same hotel. The question was why you couldn't arrange two breakfasts at once, if you understand that you would take us there in the same place. literally the next morning? Or it was easier to tell us right away that everyone eats breakfast themselves and there would be no problem.
And in conclusion, I'll say that the tour itself went well, despite all the shortcomings, we saw a glow, unfortunately there are no whales, but it doesn't depend on the guide anymore)
