I am engaged in mountain tourism and mountain climbing since 2002, passed and spent more than 150 sports hikes and ascents of different complexity categories, including summits 7000 + - Khan-Tengri and Lenin Peak. More than 100 times I climbed the summits of Elbrus and Kazbek from all sides as a leader and organizer of climbs, more than 700 tourists have reached the tops of Elbrus and Kazbek with my help and safely returned home. In addition to these five-thousand-dollar peaks, I climbed the entire Caucasus, including Arkhyz, Dombai, Uzunkol, North Ossetia, and the Elbrus region. I have made and organized ascents and treks of varying degrees of difficulty and comfort in these areas.
In addition to climbs in the Caucasus, organized and participated in hiking, biking and speleo-trails in the Crimea.

About the tour: Добрый день! Мы с Катериной бронировали тур на Казбек с севера 08.08.-17.08. Ситуация заключается в том, что наши гиды Евгений и Анна безответственно подошли к организации: мы выехали очень поздно в пятницу во Владикавказ, не смогли получить пропуска, пункт не работал в это время (около 18:00), ехали на сломанной машине, которая заглохла и была не работоспособна, нас до пункта подвез местный житель. Анна и Евгений вместо того, чтобы сгладить ситуацию, перевалили ответственность на нас, выдвинули претензии почему пропуска не забрали мы, хотя никто не давал никаких указаний, не хотели возвращать деньги за аренду снаряжения, вместо спокойного ведения разговора, были агрессивны и обвиняли нас в этой ситуации. Было максимально неприятно и обидно, что все так сложилось, очень надеемся на полный возврат предоплаты, и принятия каких-либо мер касаемо гидов, это ужасный и непозволительный сервис с их стороны. Очень сожалеем, что Ваша попытка с нам сходить на Казбек принесла вам тамие эмоции, но напоминаю, что: - выезд на маршрут был по регламенту -время работы погрануправленя действительно отличался от указанного на сайте и пропуска мы получили на 2 дня позже, но эти дни были заняты активной акклиматизацией, что позволило группе быстрее пройти маршрут, подеяться по графику на вершину и своевременно вернуться домой, т.е. вынужденная задержка никак не повлияла на процесс восхождения - да, машины иногда ломаются, даже новые, поэтому кому да это случилось нами был оперативно организован трансфер до пограничной службы с помощью такси, а машина продолжила путь по маршруту через полчаса ремонта - ситуация с прокатом - вы отказались от тура, когда мы были во Владикавказе, в прокат вы брали снаряжения в Пятигорске, не у нас, а деньги за возврат проката почему то требовали с нас. И вы забыли добавть - у вас не было никакого задога за оборудование общей стоимостью около 90т.р., т к. Оно было выдано вам под нашу ответственность, т к. Мы долго сотрудничаем с данным прокатом, и деньги прокат вам полностью вернул, несмотря на то, что снаряжения возвращено не было, а осталось у нас в машине до конца похода - что касаемо пропуска - это индивидуальный документ, оформляемый участником лично, мы лишь можем помочь в его оформлении и получении - деньги же за тур(без учёта предоплаты) были вам полностью возвращены как только вы об этом попросили, даже без учета купленных на вас с Екатериной продуктов и газа на поход, а также проезда от Минеральных вод до Владикавказа с заездом в прокат Пятигорска.
