About the tour: That was really cool! I did not expect information from the organizers and filled them with questions and clarifications myself, and received an answer to everything! As for the everyday life of this trip, they rented me a tent and a sleeping bag at no extra charge, they prepared me to eat and entertained me. What more do you need? :)
This was my first trip, in principle, and I can't say that I'm athletic, but I walk a lot of energy. But in the end, the body did not notice the damp camp and the 8-hour transitions, before it got scared! In principle, the backpack did not bother me about 8-10 kg.
The weather was great. I mean for me. I wanted either the scorching sun so that I could enjoy and experience the polar day as much as possible, or the clouds, mists and gloomy landscapes, but without all the rain. As a result, we got the second one - gorgeous low clouds hugging the mountain tops, wind, light drizzle - ooh, beauty!!! (see pictures, it's not for nothing that I carry 2 kg of photographic equipment)!
I separately take off my hat in front of the guides Katya (not Nastya!) and Dima!

About the tour: Thanks to the organizers for the coolest weekend! And the nature is beautiful, and the weather is great, and the driver Sergey is wonderful, and the group is fun:) The places are beautiful, the car is the experience. Read more
About the tour: The idea of the tour and location is excellent. Organization of the tour - there are points (or rather entire zones) for growth and improvement.
About the tour: I recently returned from a three-day trip to the Tersky Coast, which I was waiting for. Since my youth, I love and know the nature of the Solovetsky Islands well, and now I really wanted to see the northern coast of the White Sea

The trip was generally a success, although it was not without additional adventures We drove in 2 cars, our guide and driver was Konstantin - I can only say the warmest and most enthusiastic words about him Calm, reliable, well aware of the history of this region (also a historian by training), an experienced driver and just a nice person!
But with the minibus on which the main part of the group was traveling, it turned out to be a lot of linings. It had just been taken away from repair, and at the entrance to Kandalaksha it broke down again. the car was repaired again, and the next day it broke down 5 minutes after leaving Honestly, we already thought that our trip was covered with a copper basin
To the credit of the organizers and guides, they quickly found another transport (which was very problematic!) and although with delays and slight stress, the tour program was completed
Accommodation for both nights was as decent as possible, given the almost complete lack of tourist infrastructure in these parts New and clean guest houses (in Varzuga even the bathroom was in the room!) The hotel in Varzuga can generally be considered a separate attraction
The meals were mainly homemade, with the locals, everything was very tasty, and what teas with jams!! The picnic on the White Sea coast, prepared by Konstantin, was also great

According to the program: the nature of the Tersky coast is amazing, incredibly beautiful! I have always been drawn to the north, and after this trip I will be drawn even more Nature - this is the main thing I wanted to see, and I did not have enough stops in beautiful places on the shore of the village of Kashkarantsy does not count, you can hardly call it a beautiful place, and it is not clear why we were there for a long time But this is my personal opinion

I really, really enjoyed the trip to Tonya Tetrina - a unique place, an open-air museum created and lived thanks to two amazing people, father and son. It's a pity that due to the breakdown we got there only in the evening and spent much less time than planned. But still managed to listen to an interesting tour, see and feel the items of Pomeranian life and enjoy a dinner of traditional dishes by the sea It was an unforgettable evening!

Also, on the way back, we visited the labyrinth in Kandalaksha (although it was not in the program) I think this place is interesting, unique, plus the bay itself is incredibly beautiful Although the way to it (more precisely, back), requires some basic physical training

What I didn't like: the long shaking road to the mouth of the Varzuga River through the depressed man-made desert to see the devastation and squalor that reigns there as a result. I think this time could be spend on something much more enjoyable and memorable

But in general, I am happy with the trip, thanks to the organizers and especially our guide Costa!
