About the tour: The information in the description is not true, and the organizer is not interested in customer comfort and good experience at all:

1 The tour was conducted by AlTour, the guide was Vitaly Vitaly, an excellent driver, but neither the guide nor the organizer. There was no historical information at all. He was constantly confused, he did not know the answers to many questions. Vitaly did not consider it necessary to convey org questions to all participants, so more than once we agreed on the same time for dinner or departure, and on the spot it turned out that everything had changed, but they didn't tell us
2 The tour said that there would be 8 people, in fact, we combined 3 groups and we were 10 people. Because of this, it was VERY INCONVENIENT and UNSAFE, since the extra seats did not have a headrest, and these seats were significantly smaller than the others. There was absolutely unequal treatment of participants, as some had the opportunity to “book” more comfortable seats for themselves The organizer provided additional cars for a total of 2 days of the tour out of 7 as a solution to the problem
3 Due to the extremely uncomfortable accommodation, there were conflicts among the participants, absolutely unacceptable behavior by one of the participants, threats of physical violence and insults that the guide did not intervene in until asked
4 In the river valley (3 days), food was extremely poor at the camp sites, and instead of normal food, the guide bought some cookies and sweets for all participants
5 The tour program did not match the description:
Day 1 program: Seminsky Pass, Chike-Taman, paintings by Adyr-Kan (the guide said there was nothing to see there and instead went to look at the Katun rapids), the merger of Chui and Katun — the program corresponds to the description
Day 2: Mars, Kurai Steppe, Geyser Lake — everything fits here. Also on this day we went to Lake Dzhangyskokl
Day 3: Under the program, Lake Jangyskokl or Aktru Glacier Climb, for participants to choose. For unknown reasons, we went to the lake on day 2, no one OFFERED a choice, although many participants would like to go to the mountains
Thus, the program was shifted by 1 day, and on day 3 we went to Katu Yaryk
The program includes 4 days (ours 3): Red Gate, Ulagan Pass, lakes, Pazyryk mounds (we stopped here for 10 minutes to use the toilet (!!!) I found out that this historical sacred place only in the evening, I received zero information from the guide), the Katu-Yaryk Pass, the Kurkure waterfall (despite the fact that we arrived early enough, we did not go to the waterfall and, in fact, did nothing for half a day
Day 5 (ours 4): according to the program, there are two Uchar waterfalls (more complicated) and Chul-oozy waterfalls to choose from. As a result, we went to Kurkur in the morning, and in the afternoon the participants partially organized rafting with a climb to another waterfall (for an additional fee) Nobody offered us to go to Uchar again
Day 6 (our5): stone mushrooms, energy stone, Achelman waterfall
For some unknown reason, the guide decided that it was a good idea to come to see the stone mushrooms by 12 o'clock in the sun, although we lived nearby and could safely be there at 9 am Due to the heat, many people didn't go to the stone mushrooms either. The guide didn't want to go and dissuaded everyone in every possible way We didn't go to the stone either. There was a waterfall near the camp site, the guide waved his hand in his direction and said go by yourself
Day 7 (ours 6): Ferry along Teletskoye Lake, route to Gorno-Altaysk and Barnaul
There was only a ferry, we were in Artybash village at 1 pm and spent the night there too. From 1 pm to the evening we had free time, after dinner the guide took us to the observation deck
Our 7th day: We went to Gorno-Altaysk in the morning and were there at 12 o'clock, in fact, it was also an empty day on which I could easily fly home, as the ferry was booked a month in advance and the organizer knew very well that we would not go on the last day of the program, but earlier. At the stage of buying tickets (2 weeks before the tour), I asked the organizer if I would have time to fly on the last day of the program The organizer told me to take flights after 19, such as it wasn't, so I took it the next day, as the program involved a long journey.
