About the tour: This was my first photo tour, Golden Altai 2023. A great event to not only enjoy the beauty of Altai, but also to test yourself in the company of like-minded people. Roma and his team (the incomparable Maria) are not only great organizers, but they also brought together very cool people around them. To be honest, life didn't prepare me for 4.5 hours of sleep, and for hiking several kilometers with a 7-10 kilogram backpack either, but all these were just trifles, the footage of dawn Altai, where mountains and steppes literally pierce your heart, is worth it. And no one was the last one to make me leave the table, preferring a conversation to the detriment of sleep, and even carry a lot of equipment and a drone with me, it was just my choice, in fact, I overslept one of the sunrises in favor of a campfire night:)
In addition to all of the above, thanks to Roma for always giving me the right angle, encouraging me while climbing the mountain, and when I got ill, he shared with me not only wheels from the standard first-aid kit, but also from my personal stock, as giving 150% of the tour and a general lack of sleep, he caught a cold, but despite this, he was on the line all the time yeah.
Masha was responsible for the kitchen; she never managed to leave hungry, even though she tried to keep her figure:D It's hard to imagine this trip without her. In addition to food in her hefty backpack, she always had hot tea (it sounds like a trifle, but not when you're walking uphill or ten kilometers into the depths of the forest), the guide, the nurse (who didn't leave her comrade who stole leg, or was attacked by a bee). I think I've never seen Masha rest or sleep instead of breakfast in 10 days (I don't think she slept at all:).

About the tour: In September 2023, he visited Altai with Roman. I just had a great vacation. After such vacations, you don't want to go back to work for months. In fact, it seemed like very little was not enough (although in reality, without a full break, I would have physically stretched my strength to the point of a hose for another three days). I think the organizer has a great deal of credit for this: I didn't have a headache at all. It was possible to walk quietly, enjoy the views and the shooting process. Fresh air, beautiful places, animals and birds, physical activity are a wonderful and intense vacation. Altai is extremely good and definitely deserves a second visit.

So. Who should I thank.

The first candidate from the people is Roman. Roma, I'm not going to capture you. You are already the son of your mother's friend, but thank you so much for thinking through everything, organizing it, showing you and for the incredible positivity you radiate! Once again, I enjoyed the trip.

Secondly, a big hello to Maria. I'm incredibly grateful that we spent the whole vacation with a full stomach, and thanks for the awesome historical and cultural background on what we've been looking at all along!

There is a lot of preparation and hard work behind all this. Roma, Masha, thank you for a great trip!

About the tour: So the first moment Kamchatka itself This is the second place in my life that I will definitely come back to again So strange, so different, so incredible. If you haven't planned to visit this peninsula yet, I don't understand why you live: D Volcanic wastelands, mountains, lakes, streams, alpine meadows, forests, snowfields, waterfalls, the ocean and all the incredible animals and plants await you the world that inhabits all this Volcanic nature gives you just cosmic Martian colors, sometimes you forget that you're even on Earth, and being close to the ocean is never leaves the sky boring, catching up with view clouds. If you're lucky, look at the bears, they'll definitely look at you, if you're lucky, they'll look at you from afar:)

Point two Organization I may be very unpretentious, but I have absolutely nothing to criticize on the organizational side:
0) Even before the trip, you have a fairly comprehensive list of things and equipment for the trip, you can simply turn off your brain. If you manage not to understand something, you can always call Roman and find out more
1) All logistics are thought out in advance - they will meet, load, transport, accommodate, etc.
2) The schedule is designed in such a way that you can see and photograph as many of the world's juiciest shots as possible. By the way, a little tip: in terms of night length, you may want to go in August - there will be more time to sleep off
3) Most nights are in the field, but don't let that scare you, you won't experience the hardships of camping at all (if you don't miss point 0) You don't have to drag your own bivouac equipment, but rent Tents provided are extremely convenient Accommodation for 2 people (1 if you're lucky) in triple tents The camp has a generator that gives light and allows you to recharge devices A specially hired cook does the cooking, you can eat in a large shared tent at comfortable tables There is a lot of food, the food is delicious, the food is varied. The organizers have an impressive first-aid kit for the group, which they carry with them to the exits, and the contents of which they are ready to share with you Yes, they avoid the topic, but also organizing a latrine designed as comfortably as possible
4) Despite the fact that the route and logistics are well thought out, the tour is not nailed. In the event of circumstances that adversely affect the trip, or simply interest, points of interest are adapted/rearranged/added
5) In addition to the aforementioned cook Svetlana (thanks for the full stomach) and Roman himself (organizer, photo guide, and just well done), local guide Nikolay (an experienced tourist, climber, native Kamchadala and just a very cool man), his dog Shed, and driver Ivan are also working on your comfort, who will save you a lot of time and effort on trips to locations The whole team is extremely grateful to you

Point three Here I'll be brief. We were 146% lucky with the weather. We saw an indecently lot, in fact, the whole trip was used to the maximum

Point four Value cost/content in my opinion, the tour is just stunned, how cool. If this is your first time, you can't go wrong when you visit Roma

The tour also has disadvantages If you come back to work after your vacation, you will constantly feel an irresistible desire to give up everything and return to Kamchatka A trip, or rather returning home, is only for strong spirits:D

In total, Kamchatka is mandatory. I highly recommend the tour
