About the tour: We constantly book tours through you, but this time we were horrified by the tour organization and the incompetent tour guide. I'll start one by one:
1) The tour program says that we were to be picked up from the airport. No one met us.
2) The program included check-in at the Black Pearl cottage, but we were checked into an Aerohotel, which is located a kilometer from the airport by the road. Upon request to change our place of stay, the guide suggested that we sleep in sleeping bags in the attic.
3) Force majeure happened and we were poisoned (for some reason, the guides did not warn us that we should not overeat crabs and caviar so as not to get protein poisoning. Such frequent cases should have been warned, especially in Kamchatka), I had to go to an ambulance and spend two days there. We missed the rafting program and the night in the cottages. We were not offered compensation for this.
4) Food. The program read “Meals on the active part of the route with exquisite Kamchatka and European cuisine”. How can you explain our regular lunches, which consisted of one piece of bread, cream cheese and a slice of cheese on top+suckles for one person? Assuming that one day it took 15 hours to climb the volcano and that day we received only three sandwiches. Can this be called fine dining, or at least food? There are no strong complaints about breakfast and dinner.
5) Due to a broken car, excursions to Gorely volcano and caves were missed. No compensation was offered either.
6) The program indicated that we would swim in thermal springs under a waterfall in a small valley of geysers. This did not happen. And a hearty lunch too.
7) On the penultimate day of the tour, I became very ill and we had to leave Khalaktyrsky Beach so as not to get worse. They told us to walk 4 km in the dark (for a minute, when we were walking on the road, and the guide was just joking), they did not even offer us a ride to the surf club so that we could get in touch and call a taxi to the city.
It was very unpleasant to be on tour with such an organization; beautiful Kamchatka was left with only negative emotions. Read more

About the tour: Ergaki... it was our acquaintance, which transformed into love... of course we love our pillars... but this is a completely different love story... my son was vacationing in this format for the first time... spending the night in tent... around the taiga... mountains... and a bathhouse in the middle of the forest... kaaaaif... and what delicious food is in the taiga... not at all like at home and in the school cafeteria, EVERYTHING here is ESPECIALLY TASTY (I quote the child ))... but how great it is to walk through the forest and eat berries from the bush... and there is a fabulous forest all around... and mountains, like in movies about elves and hobbits))) And after returning home, the words are “mom, next time we'll go there to week” - for me, this is the best review))) thanks to Gennady, Alyona, Viktor, Angelica... you have a million hearts ❤ Read more

About the tour: It's a very busy tour. It is interesting to have a variety of places and species, as well as housing and conditions. For example, the first and last day in a cottage with a sauna and jacuzzi to get ready and depart from the tour. Then live in tents in camping conditions, and again cottages and guest houses. This contrast does not let you get bored and tired of the conditions. The most interesting thing about the tour is probably climbing volcanoes with unearthly views, although everything else also gives a lot of impressions, for example, Khalaktyrsky Beach. Read more
