About the tour: Our first trip to Kyrgyzstan went off with a bang! We are grateful to Aigul's team and especially to guide Anna for the excellent organization, a lot of interesting information and our peace of mind at all stages of the journey.
It so happened that there were no other tourists in the group besides us; we felt very comfortable. The driver Roman is great, he drives carefully and carefully, the car is well-maintained both inside and outside, and comfortable.
The program was adapted to our preferences, which is not always the case. We also separately indicated that we would like to travel with a guide (not only with a guide driver), and this wish was also fulfilled, for which we are very grateful! Guide Anna is a professional in her field, she talks a lot, in an understandable and interesting way.

About the tour: My trip to Kyrgyzstan with Aigul was a real emotional fairy tale! I've just come back from this amazing country and my heart still flutters with vivid impressions.

From the very beginning of my adventure, Aigul showed high professionalism and care for every detail. She didn't just organize the tour, she created an atmosphere of friendliness and warmth that immediately captivated me. I felt like I was in good hands and was able to fully relax while enjoying the adventure.

We started our journey by exploring Bishkek, the magnificent capital of Kyrgyzstan. Aigul showed me all the most interesting places, architectural masterpieces and beautiful parks. I was amazed at the power and beauty of this city. We also visited various museums, where Aigul busily shared her knowledge about the country's history and culture. And the delicious local cuisine, which we tried in cozy restaurants, opened up new gastronomic aspects for me.

However, the most heartwarming moment of my trip was associated with Lake Issyk-Kul. This place filled my soul with incredible beauty and tranquility. When I first saw its crystal clear waters and majestic mountains, my heart sank with delight. Aigul and I went on a boat, enjoying the magnificent views and breathing the fresh mountain air. And when I took a dip in the lake, I felt like I was part of this magical place. These were moments of true happiness that will remain in my memory forever.

We also went to the Tien Shan Mountains, where we had even more adventures. Hiking under Aigul's guidance has become a real challenge for my spirit and body. But I was happy walking along mountain trails surrounded by gorgeous scenery and the smell of freshness. Aigul has always been supportive and concerned about our safety, and I could fully trust her.

In addition to natural wonders, we visited historical sites such as the Burana Tower and the ruins of the ancient city of Balasagun. Aigul recreated images of the past for me and immersed me in the atmosphere of ancient times. I felt a real connection with the history and culture of Kyrgyzstan.

My journey with Aigul was a real revelation. It wasn't just a tour, it was a magical journey filled with emotions, joy and adventure. I am grateful to Aigul for her passion for her work, her attention to detail and her ability to create an unforgettable atmosphere. About the tour: The organization of the tour was unsatisfactory. Travel expert Aigul, as soon as she got the money, immediately lost interest in us. We saw her only once. During the entire tour she did not once inquired about how everything was going. The route itself was very different from the advertised conditions. We had only the driver Alexei. There was no guide (although it was stated in the description of the tour), there were no excursions. The driver only drove. Information zero. All looked themselves on the Internet. In addition, every day the driver demanded extra payment. Transfer (airport back and forth) paid for yourself and separately, although included in the cost of the tour, from the program driver arbitrarily excluded several sites. The tour was reduced to 4 days (from 6) - there was no Rukh Ordo, springs 1 time instead of 4, canyon, Burana tower, Osh market. Naturally, no one refunded the money (not spent on it). On the contrary, we had to book and pay for two more days of hotel accommodation in Bishkek. The driver demanded to pay for extra fuel, we had to pay for his meals. We paid an additional 6,000 instead of the 800₽ we were supposed to pay for the boat. There were no excursions. We were just taking and leaving. We walked in the mountains by ourselves, though in some places it was dangerous. Aigul assured us that there would be rooms with facilities on the route (except the yurt). In the end the rooms were without conveniences, the most budget variant. The driver said: "I was given 20 thousand for everything (although Aigul got 93500 on hand), it's not enough. So during the whole route he demanded extra payments, even for fuel, and changed the route himself. The driver took me on horseback rides only after a scandal. He said that he did not know the way. We looked for it by ourselves with the help of the navigator. When I called Aigul and told her that we had to stop the tour on the 4th day (of 6) she didn't ask any questions. It felt as if we were walking wallets, interested in the so-called travel expert only in that capacity. I have not seen such greed and unprofessionalism in the travel industry for a long time. Now I understand why there are so few Russian tourists in Kyrgyzstan. The good thing is that the guest houses on the route were kindly and warmly welcomed.
