About the tour: Great route
About the tour: A very busy journey. Lots of beautiful places. Lots of emotions. Thanks a lot to the organizers!
It was a surprise that no one from the organizer's side came with us. Local Russian-speaking guides were with us everywhere along the route in China. During flights, on trains, the group was without a guide.
A significant disadvantage of the absence of a Russian guide is that local guides were more likely to accompany you. There was little information about China and the places we visited. During long bus rides, the attendant said almost nothing. At the same time, I would like to note that as escorts, everyone worked very responsibly! They met us everywhere, helped us everywhere, accompanied us and told us. There were no conflicts. It was very comfortable during the trip!
Below is a little bit about the tour itself.
For the first two days, Shanghai and Suzhou have many similar parks. Shanghai lacked local flavor - walking around the market, along a pedestrian street, walking through old neighborhoods. Boat trips to Suzhou. All 4 parks merged into one. You also need to change your lunch place in Shanghai - the view of the dining room is frankly tasteless.
I really liked the evening boat ride in Shanghai. The only thing is that we had simple tickets and were not very comfortable. We paid extra for the VIP seats ourselves and enjoyed the ride.
The mountains. We were only able to see the Avatar Mountains. The rest were full of milk. Unfortunately, it depends on nature and thank you for at least seeing it. But here is the second significant disadvantage - the escorts know that you will not see anything in the mountains. You can see it right away: there's a cloud on the mountain and it's raining, but they still drag you there because of the program. As a result, we stood in line for 3 hours to see the milk and go down. There should be variability: if the weather is bad, at least leave people in town. At most, replace it with tickets to a cave that is not included in the program. Or take me somewhere else.
Speaking of the cave, it must be included. In time, you have time to see it and go to the bridge.
Now about the glass bridge - there's no 8 km trekking. 4 km at best. Keep in mind that the zipline is included in the ticket price, but if you weigh more than 80 kg, you are not allowed to ride.
In Zhangjiajie, a hotel where heaven's gate is is a bad hotel. I wouldn't even give her 3 stars. It's worth changing it to something better.
Martial arts school - amateur performances for children. Don't waste a day doing this. Wasted time.
The Red Mountains are great in any weather. Wish I could stay there a little bit more. Also, it would be great if you stopped by a tea plantation with beautiful views on the way.
By the way, we asked for an escort ourselves and organized a tea ceremony for us. It's very informative. It could also be included in the program.
All that is written above is just my opinion:)
Have a nice trip everyone!

About the tour: A disgusting organization on the Russian side. All the time, there were some surcharges that were not in the description. Very disrespectful attitude towards the customer, this firm is just a conveyor, pay money and roll.

The description states that the visa is included in the price, it turned out that you will have to pay for the visa at the entrance to the country. I asked what does it mean then that the visa is included in the price? Natalya told me that this was a letter to the embassy. The letter to the embassy is free, and you have to pay extra for the visa at the airport, I asked Natalia why this is not indicated in the additional payments, Natalia replied that visa-free entry was promised, so they made this description! So rewrite the tour description! There is no visa-free entry to Iran so far! You have to pay 6,500 at the entrance, this is not specified on the tour.

Somewhere closer to the tour, Natalia came to me with the news that I had to pay an additional $270 for single accommodation, which I did not book. Natalia first said that I SAID THIS, and they asked at first, which means that I am pointing out that this did not happen, then Natalia said that it happened because everyone else on the tour asked for a single seat. Is this my problem? It is especially annoying that Natalia comes and faces a fact.

Natalia said a strange thing before the tour - that you would have to exchange money with a guide, and “don't try to do it elsewhere, the guide will still stay with the money”. WHAT? I've read this instruction many times and still don't understand what “don't try” means? Taking into account the fact that the guide DID NOT HAVE MONEY, we did not change the money at the airport, and did not change the guide's money, we ended up changing money on the streets, changing money with an unknown course, spending time on it.

The Iranian guide said that Moscow does not understand where in Iran what is located, and it is impossible to visit all the places described in the description in the description, because cities are crowded, so we did not visit some of the places described in the description.

Travel expert's answer: Albina, good afternoon! Natalya answers you. I am very sorry that you did not like our work and the organization of the tour, although we always strive to eliminate any inconveniences and inform our tourists as much as possible before traveling. 1. As for the visa: indeed, two months before the tour, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced that groups would enter Iran without visas. We hoped for quick processing of applications and removed the additional visa fee from the description. You booked the tour on December 24, 2022 and at that time I informed everyone about the possible payment (this is in our correspondence). 2. Judging by our correspondence, I solved the problem with your placement not in a single, but in a twin in half an hour. You and Ekaterina lived in a room and we did not charge you any extra. 3. As for the money, here is a quote from my message to the whole group: “You arrive at night, everything is closed at the airport, you don't have to look for an exchanger there. Guides can offer to change them themselves, you don't have to be afraid and you won't be able to try to find a better course either: the guide will be happy in any case. They change about the same everywhere.” The main thing in these proposals is that there is no need to be AFRAID. All groups change money from money changers, as banks change money only by bank transfer. And the guide translates the course. All screenshots are available. I, in turn, will take into account the problems that have arisen. Read more
