About the tour: I would like to outline the pros and cons.
Pros: Good organization of a meeting from the airport, buying a tour. I always answer your questions promptly, very good operators!
Cons: There are more!
The main thing is the terrible organization of excursions, Reseda's guide is a nice woman, but as a professional, we didn't like it. She stayed there for a long time, discussed unnecessary information, swam about facts about Kazan, and talked about it in an uninteresting way. Honestly, the first day's experience was very bad.
There are three tours in total, and it was very long on the first and second days until 12 pm, and on the third day until 10.30 am. This is not organizing a three-day excursion, it's just diluting your free time. We got into the rain and cold, the organizer did not take this into account, we got wet in the rain (in other groups they gave out raincoats) and froze during the tour (the bus tour was actually on foot, we did not warn about it). We were not taken back to the hotel, but we were left to eat in the center, marking it as free time. After this free time, we left the center ourselves by taxi
Hotel - they accommodated in a single room, also saying that it was a large double bed. The result is a small single bed of 5 m2 and blows from the window. We were relocated for an additional fee. The Volga Hotel is an ordinary Soviet hotel, 1-2 stars. Breakfasts are very modest (eggs, cottage cheese or casserole, cabbage or carrots, porridge and several types of pastries, cheese). In principle, you will not be hungry (the casserole and omelet are delicious).

About the tour: I enjoyed the trip very much. In my opinion, we have chosen a very good format: excursions before lunch, and after free time, which you can spend as you like.
About the tour: In general, I liked everything, the guide Elizabeth pleased, the only tour on the second day ended quite early, then you could spend the day at your discretion
About the tour: I will begin in order: arrived by train in Kazan, on a call to the travel agency we called a cab (arrived quickly), and took me to the hotel Volga. I came to Kazan by train, called a taxi, came quickly, and drove me to the hotel Volga. The town itself is very clean and beautiful - worth a visit! But the only disappointment was our guide-a young girl, all read by the piece of paper, when we went for a walk with a review the story is poor, to questions can not give answers, what she was good at was giving us free time-is just completely disappointed !!!!!!. The guide was just like a chaperone so we didn't get lost!!!! Perhaps when you go to our beautiful cities you want to learn and history, you need to put experienced tour guides!!!!! Therefore, the tour was performed at 40 percent, all the declared attractions, we have not seen, this probably prevented our guide!!!!! We are not satisfied with the tour guide at all!!!!!! Read more
