About the tour: An unforgettable tour to Kilimanjaro!
My friend and I chose this tour because we understood that climbing requires acclimatization, so it's better to have days left. The Lemosho route itself passes through picturesque places and crosses all climatic zones from the tropics to the highland tundra. Buying a tour from a guide without reviews, we were a little worried about how it would turn out. After the prepayment, we were provided with contacts and we immediately began to actively correspond. Samson suggested discussing all the details of the climb with Joel on WhatsApp. Joel responded promptly to all our questions and requests. We arrived a day before the tour started, we were met at Kilimanjaro Airport and accommodated in a good hotel in Kilimanjaro. Arusha. It was a surprise for us that we would be traveling together, i.e. we had an individual tour. Before going on the route, we thoroughly checked all our equipment.
So we arrived at Lemosho's gate and started the climb with two guides Dikson and Baraco, Chef Filimono, his assistant and 9 porters! All this friendly team provided us with a comfortable ascent. The chef prepared delicious meals, the guides monitored our health every day, gave recommendations on what to wear and answered any questions we had about the local flora and fauna. We climbed a day ahead of schedule, so we had to pay extra for an extra night at the hotel.
