About the tour: Obviously, a trip to Lake Baikal is the top trip to Russia, regardless of the choice of a tour operator or an author's tour. I have no questions about choosing locations, except for a couple of places, but I understand that many tours are “flooding”. Unfortunately, the tour caused a number of negative emotions due to the constant rush to go somewhere else. We have all come to Lake Baikal, we are standing on ice, we want to enjoy ourselves here and now; it's not clear why we should go anywhere. Give 2 hours of free time to walk without haste, but for some reason they gave 20-30 minutes to the object. The Valley of the Stone Spirits is nothing more than a steppe with stones, on which we spent nothing less than exactly half of the second daylight hours of the tour to get to it and “dull” it for 30 minutes. There was no question about the organization of accommodation, the logistics of moving and eating, and there was no discomfort, but there was always a feeling of supervision and restrained movements. Daylight hours start at 7 am, but the “Day 3" tour starts at 10 am. Why you need to sit in the hut of the “town-type village” camp center is unclear.
Maybe this is the specifics of the places there and everything works exactly the same way for the others, but again, the feeling of supervision and unnecessary haste does not allow you to fully immerse yourself in the trip, nature and beauty around you. Read more

About the tour: I definitely recommend it.
A rich and varied program and a wonderful caring guide Sergey, who gave a lot of information in an interesting format and answered questions.
An awesome acquaintance with funny Malamutes and ice skating at Cape Khoboy is remembered with special warmth.
An excellent choice of accommodation and meals. And an ear cooked on one of the trips, which was eaten in the fresh air! Well, it's just amazing:)
And yes, His Majesty Baikal in winter is constantly opening from a new side, as if flaunting. And separately, you can listen to the sounds of ice endlessly.

About the tour: We traveled with children aged 8 and 13 in February 2023. I can only say one thing about Lake Baikal; even the most professional photographs cannot convey the beauty of this place. You have to see it for yourself. Thanks to Elizaveta for her clear organization, efficiency in resolving any issues, for her care and sensitive attitude to all our wishes.
