About the tour: A little time has passed since the trip to Georgia, the emotions subsided, the most delicious thing is left - the aftertaste 🥰. First, I would like to express my gratitude to the organizers - we really liked the sea views from the room in the first part of the tour, the views of the historic center of Tbilisi in the second part 😍. There were no hitches about the transfer (thanks to the driver Imedd) or the informational support (Guram Guide - 👍). Now, about the tour, what we've seen is what we've seen, from the most authentic wineries to those that are closer by European standards. But everyone had in common their rejection of chemistry and growth stimulants. Before, this kind of winemaking is not very profitable (almost all winemakers had their own business), but it's so delicious!!! With this approach, it is very clear how the same grape variety is opened in different ways in different hands 👍. Despite the fact that I can't drink red wine in Russia (allergic reaction), my favorite in Georgia is Saperavi, who did not bring a single gram of discomfort. Also, among white wines (although more likely grape varieties), I would like to mention Mtswani Kakuri, Kissy and Tziska. I prefer white wines that are light and fluffy, and these are the varieties that behave in wines. Although winemakers noted the difficulties of producing wine from these varieties in mono form, they all succeeded. Blends of white wines are richer, denser and firmer. For me, they are closer to oranges - meat dishes are delicious with this wine and I think it will be very pleasant to sit with a glass of this wine in winter - it's sunshine in the glass 😘. And I would also like to mention our company - people with an excellent sense of humor, with whom it is very pleasant and informative to talk to in your spare time, to chat at a feast, with whom it was very easy and pleasant to travel ❤️‍🔥.
