About the tour: I thought for a long time what kind of review to leave...
1. Transfer - be prepared for the fact that these may be train tickets, since the train station is 3 minutes from the hotel, but after the group meeting is postponed, it is not certain that you will catch the train.
2. Excursion to Krasnaya Polyana - a national “group”, apparently provided by another travel agency
3. The “what to bring” recommendations include low-soled shoes - take well-treaded sneakers, or better trekking shoes! Trekking sticks will be useful (there are no words about them on the site, but they will ask you upon arrival), upon arrival, buy a plate, mug, spoon for lunch while hiking or take it with you (there is no word about dishes on the site either, but believe me you need them!)
4. The level of activity is “medium” - be prepared for the fact that some routes are up to 10 km long and this is not a straight asphalt road, but a mountain-forest trail. Calculate your strength!
5.The hotel is a good three stars, there are many food outlets and chain stores nearby. The railway station is 3 minutes away, the bus stops are 5 minutes and 10 minutes away, but the connection to Khosta and the center of Sochi leaves much to be desired, I never waited for the bus! Be ready for taxi services.

About the tour: Thank you very much, Anna, for the HONORABLE attitude to the traveler. Guys, this is not office work with the client, it is more like a caring attitude - it is immediately obvious that the priority of the organizer of the tour is safety, clear organization, comprehensive approach, answers to all questions.
I really enjoyed everything from the first day to the last day, even though the Sofia lakes were still hidden under the snow.
Rather, the tour turned out to be a reconnaissance of the stunningly beautiful places at the very beginning of the season. There was not a big group, however the tour took place. Our guide (Ekaterina Anatolievna, experience in tourism for 40 years) is a master of her craft, her experience - load and even cart, which we gladly took. There was everything on the way - belt-deep snow, rain, scorching sun, crossings over 13 kilometers, altitude of 700 meters, huge backpacks, even wild animals walked nearby.
For me it was the first hiking trip, after which there was a very clear understanding of WHAT and HOW to do. And of course - an unforgettable experience from the places, the air in Karachay-Cherkessia.
