Comfort tour to Dagestan. 5 days of activity and reboot

About the tour: Dagestan is beautiful as always! In a lot of ways. It's just a pity that we booked a tour from Olga.
Description and reality are completely different. What actually happened:
1. Instead of a guide, the group is accompanied simply by a driver. You get almost no information along the way, and you entertain yourself along the way and in the evenings. Olga doesn't know who she works with and doesn't understand the difference between a guide and a driver.
2. There are 4 passengers in the car, but 5 people. Unfortunately, Olga does not take into account that the driver is also a person. Misleads potential customers (as of the date of publication of the review, the inaccuracy was adjusted at the suggestion of group members)
In less than a day, Olga suggests that a group of strangers choose between a new location that suddenly appears and a location already announced in the program (which you may already be in the mood for). That is, if you don't visit what is stated in the tour program, this is normal. We did not visit the village of Chokh either; it was also announced. It was possible to drive through. Groups other than ours visited.
3. When trying to comply with the travel conditions promised by Olga, the organizer's behavior was rather strange and clearly not customer-oriented.
4. There were no coffee stops (only at gas stations at your expense when you needed them), and there were no picnics. Yes, it rained one day, but you could definitely find a moment.
5. The meals were completely repeated for 2 days. Is it not the organizer's responsibility to consider this point as well?
6. We took the photos for ourselves. I had to.
The tour ended with a guide who didn't even know Olga. Our driver, who is not a guide, resolved the problem situation. Olga did not ask how it went in the end, did not apologize, did not offer compensation.
The icing on the cake: if you don't like something, Olga is quite capable of turning on a very misunderstanding person and “attacking”, threatening to return the rest of the money and leave you in an unknown place. This is instead of simply apologizing.
The result: I highly advise you not to contact OLGA (anyone in Dagestan can be such an organizer: booking a car and a place to sleep is not difficult at all. what else is her organizational talent.. it's completely incomprehensible). Thus, support the locals as well and it will clearly be more comfortable and cozy. There are great hospitable people there!

Based on your complaints, we REPLACED the driver. 2. As for 5 people in the car. Not a single person (and we have already shown the region to over 1000 tourists) before you doubted that if it says boarding for 4 people, then this is boarding guests. We also offer guests boating, rafting and horse riding, which makes the program interesting for everyone. No one before you had any problems choosing a site. Минусы:
Когда, был куплен тур, вы прислали памятку, где с удивлением обнаружил, что первая ночёвка была применена с Касабланки на Рабат. Я написал, что группе тяжело будет, после длительного перелета , ещё и длительный переезд. Вы написали, что Касабланка готовится к чемпионату мира,там сплошные стройки, поэтому Рабат лучшей вариант. Я прилетел раньше, и присоединился к другой в отеле в Касабланке, где с удивлением узнал, что группа прилетела раньше, переночевал в отеле, и едет с нами по тому маршруту. Группа поехла кататься по Касабланке, а поехал в аэропорт, где присоединился к основной группе. В течение всего тура, мы всегда ехали за основой группой, жили в одних отелях, обедали в одних местах и практически всегда их ждали, теряя время. Натальи приходилось работать работать на два микроавтобуса. Полегче стало, когда гидом стала Марьям. Интересно читать вас Оля, когда вы пишите, что тура тура будет вести Наталья, а часть Марьям, при не указав , что Наталья, будет работать на две группы.
По факту, тур великолепен, если ехать в 6-8, вообще супер, Марьям и Наталье огромное спасибо. И да, те кто прочитал и собирается заказать тур, обговаривайте с Ольгой все нюансы, в Марокко будет уже поздно Read more

Я очень рада, что от страны и от гидов вы остались в восторге) потому как я работаю с ними уже более 4 лет и мы прорабатываем маршрут и активности каждый год... чтобы вы оставались довольны. Но давайте немного поправлю вас. Ночевка в Касабланке поменялась на ночевку в Рабате для того, чтобы переезд в шефшауен был не из Касабланки (около 8 часов с остановками) а из Рабата (около 4/5 часов с остановками). Об этом вы узнали не из гайда, а я написала всем в общем чате с именно таким пояснением. Чтобы у вас была возможность и не в 7 утра выезжать, и побольше погулять по голубому городу. При этом, вас встретили в аэропорту и также прогулялись по касабланке, после чего вы поехали в Рабат. Как и группа о которой вы поднимаете речь. Только они приехали раньше на день и поэтому поехали раньше смотреть Касабланку. Read more

Марьям - замечательный гид, все расскажет, организует, проведёт по всем интересным местам, ответит на любые вопросы. Знает все о Марокко, как о современном, так и о историческом.
Она по-настоящему скрасила нам последние 4 дня нашего путешествия.

Наталья - большой профессионал, с богатым опытом и знаниями. Узнали много интересного и полезного. И посмеялись, и "выучили" местный язык, и узнали много о Марокко. Спасибо ей за терпение и выдержку с учётом сложившейся ситуации.

Минус: организация
Много вопросов к Ольге. Насколько я понимаю по ее ошибке, вместо отдельного тура маленькой группой до 8 человек (как было заявлено и оплачено), мы хоть и были в отдельной машине, но по факту были привязаны к большой группе (из 12 человек). И Наталье приходилось вести нас параллельно со своей группой (большой). Как следствие, с учётом количества человек были моменты, когда мы были не в приоритете.
Часть другой (большой) группы к сожалению оказалась не самая дисциплинированная и организованная, приходилось часто ждать, подстраиваться под них и как итог приезжать на 1-1.5 часа позже в отдельные локации, упуская время для отдыха и впечатлений. Также есть вопросы к заселению в отели, в т.ч. к соответстветствию категориий заявленной.

Никого из нашей группы при этом не предупредили о сложившейся ситуации, мы поняли это по факту. Также Ольга не удосужилась объяснить все нам и хотя бы извиниться.

В итоге, Марокко - супер! Марьям и Наталье огромное спасибо, однозначно рекомендую! По организаторам - будьте готовыми к сюрпризам. Read more

По поводу пересечения, я как раз таки просила гидов вас не совмещать, и очень много переговоров для этого провела. И мне жаль, что где-то на экскурсиях вы все же пересеклись. И тем более ждали. Но, как вы и отметили, жили вы только своей группой, передвигались тоже индивидуально на трансфере, что позволило насладиться поездкой. Именно потому, что по моим договренностям с гидами, вы с группой не пересекались, я и не "уведомила вас". Но я прописала вам о том, что на маршруте будет 4 дня Наталья а дальше с вами будет Марьям. И вы были одни с Марьям уже без присоединения. К сожалению, вы этого не указали. По отелям, тоже не очень понятно, потому что также с вашей группы наоборот пришли восторженные отзывы по отелям.
