Trips to Teriberka with freediving (snorkeling), northern lights hunting and whale hunting

We are the northernmost freediving school in Russia.

In 2015, Alexey organized a school of scuba diving in one breath, so that any resident of Murmansk could touch the underwater world, add depth to life. And most importantly, knew how to do it safely.

Later Alexey began to organize diving trips, take his enthusiastic friends and show them the unique beauty of the underwater world of the Barents Sea.

The basis of freediving philosophy is relaxation and self-immersion, learning your brain and body reactions.
Records are not important as the most important competition is with oneself.

⠀ A lot has changed since then, but the essentials have remained the same. We teach freediving from scratch!

All courses are conducted according to the standards of the international SSI and Molchanovs systems.

There are already 11 people in our team. They are the same b̶o̶l̶n̶y̶e̶ passionate instructors and assistants.

You can now take a basic freediving course in the pool in:

You can also go deeper with us. We provide deep water freediving training on the Barents Sea and also in the Crimea.
