About the tour: Всё было прекрасно до последнего момента, который подпортил впечатление. Прекрасно спланированный тур, с хорошо рассчитанной нагрузкой, милый номер, оооооочень вкусная еда. Классный гид Алёна, с которой просто прикольно разговаривать, группа отличная, но!
В самую последнюю ночь, около половины первого ночи, к нам кто-то вломился. Двери номеров закрываются на ключ, но замок заедал, и ключ никак не вставал ребром, чтобы заблокировать взлом. И вот, повезло, что я проснулась от лязганья замка и выпавших на пол ключей. Приоткрылась дверь. Я подняла возню, голос (женский или мужской) сказал "Простите, пожалуйста", неизвестный(-ая) захлопнул(-а) дверь и закрыл(-а) на свой ключ или чем там он (она) её отпер(-ла) изначально.
Возникает вопрос: ключи от номера могли быть только у нас и у хозяйки; если кто-то комнату перепутал, то, получается, замки у всех дверей одинаковые? В чем тогда их смысл? Какая-то иллюзия безопасности. А если ему дали ключ, то с какой целью и посреди ночи. Грабить проще, когда никого нет дома. Такое с нами первый раз случилось, как вот на это реагировать. Калитка не запиралась, так что пройти мог, по сути, вообще кто угодно и прирезать. Утром, кроме поварихи, никого не оказалось, чтобы об этом сказать, а она явно за это не отвечает.
Теперь по поводу нее. На завтраке нам не хватило одной порции, хотя накануне нас спрашивали, когда мы уезжаем - в первую очередь или во вторую. Её это был косяк или организаторов, но надо всё-таки с информацией сверяться.
Даже несмотря на этот очень неприятный инцидент, я поставлю 4,5 из 5, потому что до того был полный восторг, никаких нареканий. Но над безопасностью постояльцев надо хорошо задуматься и обеспечивать её в дальнейшей, как следует. Read more

The program is intense and we visited all the significant locations in a week, and we would like to stay on Olkhon longer. Baikal is a miracle; it's hard to describe it in words; everyone should see it. Thank you very much to Natasha, a person who is passionate about her work, and I wish her success.
